AUESOMELY HER MAGAZINE™
Privacy Statement
Effective date: October 15, 2026
This statement describes the information involved when you use Auesomely Her Magazine’s website, contact our team, apply for a feature, or follow a link to purchase an issue. Auesomely Her Magazine is a brand of Inspiring Impact Media Group LLC. For privacy questions, email auesomelyhermagazine@gmail.com.
1. Information you choose to provide
If you email us, we receive the contact details and message you send. Feature applications may include your name, email address, story title, narrative, selected package, and other materials you choose to submit. Please share only information relevant to your request and only materials you are entitled to provide.
Purchases and subscription arrangements may involve a name, email address, order details, and payment-related information provided through the sales channel. This website’s subscription-request button opens your email application; it does not collect a payment or activate a subscription.
2. How information is used
Information provided to the publication is used to respond to messages, review editorial submissions, discuss feature arrangements, address purchase or issue-access questions, and manage publication-related requests. A submitted story or photograph may be considered for publication under the permissions or agreement associated with that submission.
An inquiry or application is not, by itself, permission to publish private contact information. Avoid putting confidential information into a story intended for public use.
3. Services used on this website
- Jotform: The Be Featured page embeds our existing application and checkout. Information entered into that form is handled through Jotform and its connected payment services.
- Payhip: Digital-issue purchase links open our storefront. Payhip and its payment providers handle the checkout and related purchase information.
- MagCloud: Print-issue links open MagCloud, which handles its own orders and any required shipping information.
- Website hosting and email services: These services process the information necessary to deliver website pages and messages. Hosting providers may process technical details such as IP addresses, browser information, and request logs.
These services operate under their own privacy policies. You can review Jotform’s privacy policy, Payhip’s privacy policy, and the policies presented by MagCloud when you visit or purchase. Do not email full credit-card numbers or security codes to the magazine.
4. Cookies, browser storage, and outside websites
Embedded forms, external checkouts, and the hosting platform may use cookies or similar technologies for functions such as security, sessions, and completing transactions. Their behavior is governed by the relevant provider’s policies and your browser settings.
Our site search and story filters run in your browser. The website does not provide a magazine account or subscription-management portal. Links to Facebook, Instagram, featured organizations, and other outside websites take you to services with their own data practices.
5. Access to information
Information may be processed by the service providers used to operate the website, receive applications, fulfill requests, or handle a purchase. Information may also be disclosed when required by law. If an editorial submission is published, the approved public-facing material becomes visible to readers.
Questions about how a particular submission or purchase is handled can be directed to our team. Questions about a provider’s separate records may also need to be directed to that provider.
6. Your choices and requests
You can choose not to submit an application or send information. You may contact us to request a correction, ask about information you provided, request deletion, or opt out of promotional communications. We will consider requests in light of the records involved, applicable requirements, and any information needed to fulfill an existing order or resolve a dispute. Identity verification may be needed before responding.
7. Information about children
The magazine’s application and purchasing functions are intended for adults. Adults submitting stories or photographs about children should have the appropriate authority and permissions. Contact us if you believe a child has submitted personal information directly or if you have a concern about a child’s information in published material.
8. Retention, security, and updates
Information is kept as needed for the purpose for which it was provided, publication and purchase records, support, and applicable obligations. Third-party providers apply their own retention practices. No website, email system, or internet transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.
We may revise this statement as our services change. The updated statement will be posted here with a revised date. Send questions and privacy requests to auesomelyhermagazine@gmail.com.
